Battle Beasts 1.0

Battle Beasts is a terribly animated incredibly weird and full of foul language visual novel yet somehow has this brilliant charm and will make you laugh at just how absolutely weird it is. You can see in a strange way that it has taken its inspiration from Pokemon but I’m not sure if the game is making fun of it or is an ode to it.

The game features some super weird parts to it including a very strange hospital scene with your new pet cat which you will have to play the game to see just how strange it gets.

Although the animation looks quite amateur and childish it’s also quite charming in its silliness and the drawings have a unique cuteness to them.

Some parts of the story are so out there you will find it hard not to laugh, as far as visual novels go this has to be one of the most surreal we have ever played but for fans of weird things and visual novels this may actually be a hidden gem and you get a whole lot of story here for free along with interactive battles and plenty of choices that will affect how the story plays out for you.
