Folder Colorizer 2.0

Have you ever wanted to color code your folders, but found it surprisingly annoying to do so? Well, if you'd reached out and looked around, you've probably found a program called Folder Colorizer. This program has been around for a long time, ever since the nascent days of Windows XP. It didn't get updated since 2018 - and it shows, occasionally. But with the updated version came a whole sweeping boatload of changes, and we're going to walk you through the basic functions and what's changed.

For those who haven't heard of or used Folder Colorizer before, let me explain how to use it, exactly. It's very simple, actually. To use it, right click on a folder you want to customize and scroll over the "Colorizer" category that was just added. There, a new context menu will pop up letting you select the color of your folder. There is no window or interface to work with - it integrates itself with the Windows system itself.

Why would you want to do something like this? Simple - for categorization's sake. For instance, blue can be your music folder. Red can be your games folder. Green can be your pictures folder - and so on and so forth. This cain make folders easier to identify at a glance and cut down on a lot of the hassle.
