Hyper Time Destructor 1.4

Hyper Time Destructor is a very slick and pretty neon style racer game where you must use your mouse to control your space ship and avoid the obstacles around you which come at an increasingly rapid rate.

The game is vaguely reminiscent of the Playstation 1 classic Wipeout and has that retro vibe to it the game play is engaging and feels very responsive for a game where you use the mouse, due to only using the mouse for steering as the acceleration is automatic, another cool feature is that when you replay a level you race against the ghost of your previous best time. As you start each level things start off fairly easy and it’s not too challenging but as you progress and your space ship increases in speed the obstacles will come quicker and the game will get more challenging, what starts off as jumping or ducking over a pole will become two rotating poles coming at a much faster speed towards.

Whilst Hyper Time Destructor is nothing totally original the fun is in the pure game play and the ease it is to just pick it up and have few fun races, trying to beat your own score or even just trying to get to the end of the increasingly difficult levels.

A great little futuristic racing game to get lost in for a short time.
