Point and click games used to be all the craze until around the 2010s. The genre also proved incredibly popular among flash game creators, due to the relatively simple planning and programming that goes into such a game. There are creators on the internet that specialize in the genre. One of them is Neutral, who created Lights.

Like all the other Neutral games, this game looks fantastic for a Flash game. It has an incredibly clean look and an appealing art style. What's more worth talking about is the game design. This is notoriously one of the most difficult genres to design for - it's tough to create puzzles that are difficult enough to not be boring but also logical enough to not be frustrating.

Thankfully, this game has all of its puzzles obvious from the beginning. You'll never stall trying to find secrets, but instead trying to figure out how to solve or use those secrets. It's a great design that many games in the same genre fails to do.

All in all, Lights is once again another fantastic game by Neutral. Fans of the genre shouldn't skip over this.
