Muses Sexton 1.0

Muses Sexton is a rather bizarre but beautiful and moribund game where you play as a grave digger, your task is to dig graves, then move your cart with the coffins in it and place the coffins in the freshly dug graves once you have done this you then choose the epitaph to go on the tombstone which are rather amusing and surreal such as “The Sheriff shot him” or “I married him for a dollar” depending where you decide to bury the coffin the poetry and phrases you can place on the gravestones will change depending on which part of the gloriously animated landscape you decide to make the burial, one you have picked three lines and created a short poem you have completed your task and you can move on to burying the next body and creating the next poem.

Although the game covers a rather strange theme which is quite morbose and moribund but for a game jam game it looks absolutely fantastic, the scenery and snowy landscape looks great and although it’s not an addictive game with fast paced game play it’s certainly worth taking a look as it is unlike anything you would have played before.
