Plague Inc. is one of the most popular mobile games of all times, mainly due to its unique premise and realistic spreading, so much so that the CDC wanted to talk to the developers because they thought the spread of the disease in the game was so realistic. However, they have made it absolutely no secret that they were inspired by the Pandemic series of flash games that were out years before its release. While it's completely unfair to compare it to Plague Inc. because it formed the basis for that game, the comparisons really are unavoidable. However, that doesn't mean it's bad. It's still a great flash game that had one of the most unique premises of its time, and that point is only proven by how popular Plague Inc. is today.
