Royals 1.0

Royals is a simple looking strategy game where you must work your way up from a lowly peasant to royalty whether it be a king, queen or just any member of the royal family, you start with a set of statistics the most important of which is your health, you must now work out how to divide your time, you can work to make money but this will be detrimental to your health so you will also have to find time to rest and balance this out, also you’ll need to chop down forests to get wood which in turn will then be used to start building your empire, whether you start by just building a house or go straight to saving it to build your castle but that will mean chopping a lot of wood to get everything you need.

The difficulty with Royals is it’s almost impossible to find a balance of working, building and resting without seeing your health diminish rapidly and if your health gets to zero then it’s game over and you will have to start all over again.

The game can be very addictive mostly based on the fact that it’s so challenging but it does get frustrating when on your fourth attempt you may manage to make it last a bit longer but still see your health disappear very quickly.

However for those of you who like no frills strategy games that are very challenging you should enjoy this a lot.
