Steamfarer 0.1.0

Steamfarer is a beautifully animated steam punk style tactical turn based adventure game giving a futuristic feel to an old fashioned theme of pirates.

RPG and adventure fans are absolutely going to absolutely love Steamfarer and although this is just a demo it looks really promising, it can at times be a little repetitive but the battle parts are very cool (quick tip aim for the guns) as you go along you can upgrade your ship as it starts out as a kind of very basic wooden flying ship but as you go along you can make it more swanky (or should that be more steam punky?) you will also collect better guns and equipment as you destroy enemy ships, but not everyone is an enemy you can also meet lot friends and comrades and choose whether or not to recruit them as crew. The game is still being developed and there are a few grammatical and spelling mistakes in the text but that can be forgiven and it doesn’t take anything away from the overall feel of this great little game.

A lot of detail has been put in to the animation and the game looks really nice already at that early stage and there is a lot of fun to be had here.
