Point and click games used to be all the craze until around the 2010s. The genre also proved incredibly popular among flash game creators, due to the relatively simple planning and programming that goes into such a game. Mateusz Skutnik is one of the best creators of the genre. Less known is that he's actually part of a team - Pastel Games - and that they assisted in many of his best-known games. He in turn has contributed to their work, with one of them being the Fog Fall series. Let's look at The Fog Fall 2.

The story is incredibly interesting. It takes place right after the first game, with your character leaving his shelter. The game's art style really does a fantastic job giving the surface and the bunker a completely different atmosphere, with the bunker being dark and dreary and the surface being full of hope. However, you'll quickly discover what the situation is, with creepy mutants hidden in the field and a few soldiers.

One thing that's interesting is that you can still return to the bunker from the first game and explore it fully, giving the game a fantastic sense of progression. It's like it's telling you that you broke out of this area fully and you should be proud.
