Warkeep 1.0

Warkeep demo is a tower defense game with a twist, you build the tower yourself in a very Tetris like fashion so the pieces slot down and you put them in place how you feel you can build the strongest tower, whether you want to build high to keep the enemy from climbing up or build wide to try and reinforce the walls of your castle.

Once you have completed your castle the action starts as an army of Orcs and other supernatural beings start attacking your castle, whilst you are under attack is when you will really find out if you have created a castle that can stand a barrage of arrows, cannonballs and flame breathing demons, the stacks come in waves and if you manage to withstand all five of the waves of attacks then you will know you have managed to create a very strong castle but it’s not as easy as it sounds, during the attack you can also use some special features, such as setting your archers to attack first or getting your wizards to use the power of lightning in your favor.

Warkeep looks really good and anything that manages to combine a Tetris style game with tower defense and looks really good can’t really go wrong!

With this only being the demo you can only play one level of the game however even just that one level is a lot of fun combining two types of strategy game to make one very promising and fun strategy game.
