Your computer comes with plenty of space on the toolbar to store shortcuts to almost every program you'll ever need. However, if you like to extensively install applications, whether or not for convenience's sake or simply because you have a ton of games, then you'll quickly find that the toolbar becomes cumbersome once you have 2-3 full bars. Not to mention how cumbersome some of the system command shortcuts can be. That's why Preme is here to help.
Preme is based around window control. Its installer stands out when comparing it to similar apps, looking much more elegant than its competitors. Beginners should check the video tutorials because the program isn't intuitive at all, despite its simplistic looking interface. There is a special version of it that includes these video tutorials, so be sure to select that.
Commands are activated as soon as they're selected, so you don't need to keep clicking OK to commit changes. There are a couple of window controls that are triggered by mouse gestures. For example, holding down left-click on a title bar for a couple of seconds) makes the window stay on top of other frames, pressing the mouse wheel exits the application, scrolling the wheel downward minimizes while upward maximizes.
You can also customize keyboard shortcuts to launch apps and perform other actions. This gives it similar function to other hotkey programs. If this sounds right for you, then I recommend you give Preme a try - the intuitive mouse gesture system puts it above other hotkey programs.
