IMMURE 1.0

IMMURE demo is a cartoon style horror game that even with its side scrolling 2D (but very nice) animation manages to still be creepy and tense.

You play as a man who has dreamt of a church and is now guided there by voices, upon entering the church he recognises it from his dream but his purpose there is still unclear.

You will need to explore and search to unlock other areas of the church and this adds a fun problem solving element to the game which is unusual but certainly welcome in a horror game of this style.

As you progress things start to become scarier and more tense as you are faced with monsters however you are able to hide in coffins and peak out, but don't leave the coffin before it is well out of sight because if you come face to face with the monster it will kill you, this hiding mechanic is easily one of the most original and fun ideas we have seen in a game and this is where it ll starts to heat up and become very engaging.

The demo of IMMURE only allows you a short amount of playing time but from what we have seen this is a unique horror game with plenty of promise and look forward to the finished product.
