Sacramento 1.0

Sacramento is a beautifully hand drawn little adventure game, although It’s less adventure and more sit back and chill and enjoy the stunning visuals as they gracefully float past you. Getting off a train at an unnamed station you wander in the dream like wilderness passing water and clouds and fish all the while the sunsets reassuringly behind you.

The worst thing about Sacramento is it’s all over so fast we could have lost ourselves in this world for a lot longer as it’s such a beautiful and relaxing experience. From developer Dziff you get the impression that this is a very personal world that we’ve been very luckily granted access to for a short time all of the sketches used in the game are gathered from the developers sketches which have been accumulated over a long period but hopefully there is more left in that sketch book as this is a world we’d come back to over and over again.
