Swamp 1.0

Swamp demo is an interactive adventure game set in an apocalyptic wasteland, the game starts out with your friend dying beside you in a reinforced van and from this moment you will need to make decisions about how to progress within the game, such as do you stay by your friend, or make your way out in to this wasteland and start fending for yourself, there is also a combat system in the game, which can take a little bit of getting used to, especially as you have to fight infected flying bugs by stabbing them mid-flight with a knife.

You will need to collect objects to help you progress and that may come in useful in future such as keys and knives, and once you do make your way out to traverse across this wasteland you will encounter at least one other living being as well as adversaries, however this demo version ends very abruptly and doesn't really give you a chance to get fully in to the game.

Swamp is an interesting game which at times feels more like those old choose your own adventure books than a computer game, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing especially if you used to enjoy those books and the animations although static are nicely done, just a bit of a shame there isn't a little more to the demo to get more of a feel of what is to come.
