Minecraft is a game with limitless potential. While people constantly push the boundaries with mods adding more and more gameplay features to the point where it can straight up turn into a strategy game or just flat out be a very functional MMORPG. However, there is a ton of things that can be done with vanilla Minecraft to this day. In fact, new things are still being added to Minecraft to this day. One of them is Aquarium, a mod that adds a whole new dimension that has a very creepy vibe, with how greyscale it is.
Installing Aquarium is simple. Make sure you have Minecraft Forge installed, then navigate to your mods folder and drag it in.
You can find some totems out in the overworld that will let you access the new Aquarium dimension. You'll notice how strange it is as soon as you come in. The dimension is one giant ocean of grey water with colorless blocks, mushrooms, and strange monsters. There are also vibrant and tropical water patches all around, which tend to have some ruins under them. There's also a new Atlas ore that you can sue to craft new tools and gear that rival Netherite.
That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the tools this mod gives you, giving you a small idea of just how many new gameplay options you get. Aquarium is a great mod that gives you more options and you should give it a shot if you're a Minecraft fan.
