Point and click games used to be all the craze until around the 2010s. Now, they're usually relegated to mid size productions or simple indie titles. The genre also proved incredibly popular among flash game creators, due to the relatively simple planning and programming that goes into such a game. There are a ton of flash game creators that got into the craze, with Ena Game Studio being one of many. Let's look at one of their games, City House Escape.
To play City House Escape, just run it with whatever SWF player you have.
The English is, as is standard in Ena Game Studio games, practically broken. You can understand what the plot is, but only just barely. This entry shares a similar premise to many other Ena games, in which you are off to visit a house in one way or another and you get locked in and have to find a way out.
The sound design is the same as practically every other Ena Game Studio game - the background music fits into the setting great and, while jarring and low quality at times, usually enhances the experience. The sound effects are jarringly cartoonish and work against the game.
This game is a very standard escape game. ENA Game Studio makes some solid escape games even though their English and sound choices are questionable, and it's almost always enjoyable to play through.
All in all, if you're a fan of point-and-click games, then City House Escape is very worthy of your time. You won't regret your choice if you give this game a shot.
