Fort Triumph Review

Fort Triumph is a turn based RPG fantasy game that looks really nice and colorful and a lot of effort has been put in to creating the game. You lead a group of fantastical characters each with their own special abilities that can be used to gain advantages over your enemies. The game is the pre-alpha version at the moment and certainly is quite rough around the edges some of the mechanics can seem very clunky and making actions can take quite some time whilst also the response time of your AI controlled opponent can be very slow too.

In this build there is little to none of the story line that will feature in the finished game so it does seem like a fairly run of the mill RPG game and there is not much here (yet at least) that could make this stand out from other tactical turn based RPG’s however on the plus side the graphics look very good for a game so early in its development. The game also features perma-death so make sure to use the turns of your characters wisely as once they’re gone, they’re gone.
