Frisk in FNF Mod Review
Last Updated: 2021-03-16 10:01:05
Friday Night Funkin' has been a massive hit among the gaming community. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. It's also incredibly moddable, with practically every asset it has being editable. The community has created a ton of mods. One of the many is the Frisk in FNF Mod, which imports the Undertale protagonist in pixel form to fit into Week 6.
To install the Frisk in FNF Mod, simply drag and drop the files from the mod into the folder where you extracted the original game files.
This mod is very straightforward. It transposes Frisk into week 6 of the game. There are other versions of the mod that transpose him into the other weeks, but these particular files will replace the pixelated week 6 boyfriend because it has a unique art style.
In terms of the actual visuals, however, it's somewhat disappointing. Frisk moves very little in all of his animations. While the pixel art itself fits near perfectly into the week - mostly because Undertale was already very pixelated to start off - the lack of personality in his animations are a little disappointing, especially in comparison to the poses he strikes in the other weeks.
The song itself also hasn't changed at all, with no fun remixes or anything. That is in the other pack made by the same author, however.
In comparison to a lot of other Friday Night Funkin' mods so far, this week's mod doesn't change much. However, you can easily find other versions with the other weeks right here. Frisk in FNF Mod is pretty good in those other versions.
