The first Flash games were incredibly experimental, creating a surprising amount of unique ideas despite their incredibly limited budget and dev team. Some of those Flash games had ideas strong enough to stand tall on their own. One of them was the Henry Stickmin series. Let's take a look at Infiltrating the Airship, which is the first entry in this now fan-favorite series.

Just like the rest of the series, the gameplay itself is very simple - you just pick options and see how they play out. Most of them will fail, but seeing the animations for each failure is generally where most of the game's entertainment comes from. 

This game has a different set up than the rest - the government's noticed how adept you are at infiltration, and have hired you to help them infiltrate a criminal organization for a full pardon. There are multiple endings, split between your choice between continuing to help the government and betraying them instead. There is also a fake ending, but it's more of a joke ending that won't have any impact on anything.

If that sounds entertaining at all, then you should give Infiltrating the Airship a try for sure. It's around this time that the series really starts becoming incredibly engaging.
