Lobotomy & You 1.0

Lobotomy & You is a short first person game, well it’s kind of a first person game however you actually play as the protagonist’s wife whose husband has just gone through a lobotomy and is a test subject for new technology that means his wife can control the movements and actions of her lobotomized husband.

You can use W,A,S,D to move your husband around but also use the tab key to bring up the command center and type certain things in to it such as opening doors, kicking things, throwing balls and even more.

The whole game can be played from start to finish in just a matter of minutes but it’s certainly a different style of game and some of the attention to detail is great such as the little bowling alley at the start which is a shame you can’t have more than one or two attempts at knocking the pins down before you inevitably misplace your bowling ball.

After that the game does get kind of depressing as you wander round and see all the other husbands waiting for their lobotomies and there’s a few other parts to the facility you can wander round but after that the game is more or less finished, however the voice acting in the game is great and if there was a bit more to it then it would definitely be an intriguing game.
