This developer made one of the best known Flash platforming series of all times - Fancy Pants Adventure. That made him the top candidate for creating a 2D Parkour game based off of EA's Mirror's Edge, and they knew it too.
It plays very similarly to its main 3D counterpart except at a 2D perspective. You have to conserve your momentum to make long jumps, with a ton of different tools to help you keep your speed up like wallrunning, vaulting, and wall jumping. You have to also deal with the police officers along the way that are constantly trying to take down your illegal parkour moves.
If that sounds fun to you, then you should definitely give Mirror's Edge 2D a try. It's one of the best designed Flash platformers out there.
