The Lighthouse 1.0

The Lighthouse Alpha Demo is a really good looking point and click puzzle, horror game. You start off in a light house living quarters where some sort of grizzly murder has taken place as you walk around the room you will discover secrets and hopefully eventually the code to crack the safe in the secret back room.

One of the most interesting mechanics of the game is that you will need to use the light from the light house to uncover some clues that will be only visible when the light shines in to the room and you will need to utilize this to hopefully crack the code to the safe.

This alpha demo version only last about 10 minutes however it's enough time to see just how much promise The Lighthouse shows, it's really well designed with plenty of detail in the objects around you and sets a tense atmosphere for you to explore in.

One negative is can be a little hard to see which objects you can find further information on as the light dot that appears looks very similar to the reflection of your flash light in some instances but other than this it looks to be a game with a lot of potential and we'll be looking forward to seeing how it develops.
