A Pirates End 1.0

A Pirates End is a great looking and intriguing strategy game where you play as an aged pirate who can’t remember where he buried his treasure. You are given a time frame of a certain amount of days to visit the surrounding islands and try to discover enough about each one to try and find your treasure but there will be many obstacles along the way ranging from the people and things you will meet on the islands to storms and other ships when you are trying to cross the water.

The unique thing about the game is if you die before finding your treasure you will be given an even shorter amount of time to try to explore all the islands when you restart and this will happen each time you die due to the pirate protagonist’s age if you are not able to find the treasure quick enough then it will become almost impossible as you start each new round with less days for exploring the world which means there will also be some elements of a memory game here as you try to remember whether there was any good clues in the previously searched islands or even just bearing in mind which islands have and haven’t been searched.

A Pirates End looks really good and although it’s unlikely to bring you back for more than one play through once you have completed it but it’s certainly a lot of fun the first time you play through the game.
