On The Fly 1.0

On The Fly is a tranquil and peaceful game that falls somewhere in between the categories of a dating simulator and an endless runner, you play as two birds on a little makeshift tin boat thing (perhaps once a bucket or utensil of some sort) who are catching flies to eat and keep their bellies full whilst also chatting and making small talk and finding out how much (or not) that they have in common with one another.

Choose the right responses to the questions of your potential love bird (sorry couldn’t resist a little pun there) and you will see the heart in top right of the screen fill up, also remember to keep swapping the position of the birds to make sure they both get a fair share of flies to eat and that one of them doesn’t go hungry.

Admittedly the game play in On The Fly doesn’t really call from much interaction from the player however the water of the river is beautifully rendered and the sound effects match the tranquility of this game perfectly so if you are looking for something to relax and chill out to then you can’t go too far with this game.
