Romance Detective 1.3

Romance Detective is a short visual novel where you play as the titular Romance Detective and have to solve the case of a vase being stolen from a museum all in the name of love…but there are further forces and a greater mystery to uncover here along with meeting some fun characters along the way.

Written in a lovely, comedic, tongue in cheek style this game should definitely put a smile on your face even if you’re not big on romance there’s so much charm and the illustrations are fantastic in a slightly nostalgic Japanese cartoon style that most people should enjoy the few minutes that you get to spend with this visual novel.

What’s astounding about Romance Detective is how much it feels like watching a real cartoon and how professional and enjoyable every line of dialogue is really makes this the visual novel that others should take a cue from, the length of it is perfect as well not going on too long so that reading the text would get boring but long enough to get involved and enjoy yourself.
