Minecraft fans all over the globe (which have become a huge collective) have been waiting for the Minecraft 1.9 update for months now. Finally a date has been set to release several snapshots from this new version.
The chosen date is not a random day, we are taking about no other than next Wednesday, July 29. Sounds familiar? Of course, it is the release date for the new Windows 10 which, very conveniently, will incorporate an exclusive version of the game. According to Nathan Adams twitter statements the overlap is nothing but a coincidence. Adams, a member of the Minecraft’s development team, explains that the snapshot was not made public this week simply because it was not ready.
The Windows 10 Minecraft edition is expected to be a combination from all the previous versions of the game that are currently on the market, including the Pocket Edition.
Bad news for the impatient fans is that for the time being there are no more news about what to expect from the new update. Hopefully the snapshots will hand us a couple of clues to make the wait more bearable!
